Office Environment
Our office is a non-corporate environment where independent contractors and teams can get the technical and operations support they need, while running their business in the way they choose. Our agents enjoy working and having fun, flourishing in this informal, but professional business setting.
Our sales associates have the freedom to negotiate directly with their clients, develop and implement their own marketing strategies, and conduct all types of real estate sales including commercial sales and leasing. It is still amazing to us that some companies forbid their agents from transacting commercial business. Not only do we not forbid it, but rather we encourage it.
Our sales associates have the opportunity to advertise when, where, and as often as they wish - no corporate directives from people on the other side of the country or from faceless “suits” who have not sold real estate. Not only do our sales associates decide how much to spend, they control how and where to spend it.
Innovative advertising campaigns are vital to the success of your own business and you probably are not even allowed to put your own name directly on your yard sign. Our sales associates are encouraged to put their names directly on their yard signs, place their name in the primary position, and put their photograph on the sign.
Don’t you think that you should be the focus of your own business? We do!
