In addition to some solid posts related to Eco-Friendly Financing and Energy Efficiency in general, other “green” PhiladelphiaRealEstateHub sub-categories include Rachel Lipton’s Nutter-Butter which will be tracking the Philadelphia mayor’s efforts and accomplishments as he works to make Philadelphia a greener city.

*Use of Paper Saving Technologies: It’s currently impossible to print something out from your computer at Remax City Space. Instead, agents and staff send a file electronically to the printer/fax/scanner, where the document is then printed only if truly necessary. Also, Remax City Space agents take pride in utilizing a wide range of products that help cut down on the huge amount of paper usage which has historically been associated with the typical Real Estate transaction. 90% (soon to be 100%) of our agents carry smart phones that allow for use of easy shuffling of files from one party to another via email. Most of our agents also utilize electronic fax programs, and a few of the crazy progressive ones are trying out digital signatures on the path toward conducting the 100% paperless transaction.
