Loft District, Philadelphia Real Estate
This section of the city has been described by some as Philadelphia’s version of Tribeca section in New York. It one of Philadelphia’s last undeveloped residential sections and has been described as a “residential canvas and the crux of the new urban lifestyle.” It’s utilitarian, interpretative and a highly valued area. It attracts both 20-somethings and empty nesters, from artists to attorneys. The Loft District is quickly becoming an icon for the rebirth that’s underway in the city.
