David Krupp
David is recognized by the US Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional, was appointed to P.A.R.’s Presidential Advisory Committee on Climate Change, and is authentically committed to environmental sustainability. He is the developer of a mixed use property in Philadelphia, which utilizes solar thermal water heating, real time energy feedback, and is projected to achieve ENERGY STAR compliance. David is serious about sustainable real estate and its economic benefits. He considers himself an Ambassador for clients to understand green building and the local green community.
David’s consulting work includes: facilitating the development and green building objectives for a medical center in North Philadelphia; developing utility scale solar power facilities in New Jersey; serving as advisor and critic for the University of the Arts Green Kitchen Project; working with OmniVest LLC to obtain financing for two Philadelphia charter school facilities; securing an environmental resource license required to construct 10 boat slips in Fort Lauderdale, FL. David began his real estate work as a Project Manager for Grant Architects, Real Estate Development Department, in Baltimore MD. Prior to entering the real estate industry, he worked as a Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, providing Organizational Design and Change Management services to the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, US Army, and US Missile Defense Agency. David earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon in 2003, with minors in Business and Architecture. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Green Tree School (for students with special needs) in Mount Airy, Philadelphia.
