Eric has spent much of his life in the real estate field.  Growing up in central Nebraska on a family farm, Eric was involved in managing the 3,000 acre business, properties, and land on his family’s estate.  Eric’s role model and father always considered himself not a farmer, but a real estate man.   Eric has continued this tradition.  Eric graduated from the University of Nebraska with a business degree and he acquired great networking experiences through college football and other leadership roles. After graduation and his marriage to wife Tracy, Eric moved to Philadelphia to work in the franchising industry.  Soon after, he returned to his roots in real estate.  As a real estate investor, Eric built his rental portfolio and starting an international real estate fund that controls and manages over 100 units in Philadelphia .  As a realtor, Eric has sold an average of ten million dollars a year and is ranked in the top 10 for sales in the Mid-Atlantic division of Weichert Realtors.  He was a relocation specialist with Weichert Realtors and a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors.  Eric plans to continue to serve his clients and provide his professional expertise for years to come at Cityspace.
