About Rachel
Rachel graduated with a degree in Media and Film Communication from Villanova University. After graduation she moved to New York City to work in advertising, as media buyer for OMD on a number of account including Dell Computers and the NYSE. She also has 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, solidifying her keen sense of the client.
Rachel has a strong commitment to neighborhood revitalization and is a “Tree Tender,” certified by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society. Through this work she organizes and facilitates street tree planting and neighborhood beautification projects. She is also active in the Clean and Green Committee where she volunteers her time for the Lower Moyamensing Neighborhood Association.
Rachel acquired her Real Estate license in 2005. As a GPAR (Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors) member, she is active on several committees, including the Government Affairs and the Technology and Green committees. In applying her commitment to the environment to her career in Real Estate, Rachel has earned her EcoBroker License, making her an expert in the field of sustainable real estate and helping her clients reduce their carbon footprint and energy consumption.
Her focus is on educating clients in a way that helps them to make the right decisions for themselves. Honesty, integrity, and professionalism are the cornerstones of her business, and she always has her client’s personal and financial needs at the forefront.
