Parkview is located in a prime Northern Liberties location, on 3rd street between Poplar and Wildey. It borders the west side of  Liberty Lands Park, a block long space of green.  Northern Liberties might be described as Philadelphia’s answer to New York’s SoHo District. Over recent years, the creative spirit of musicians and artists has been the momentum behind the transformation of this great Philadelphia neighborhood. Warehouses, rowhouses, and old world breweries have been reconstructed into buildings and loft condos with awesome potential living and work spaces for artists, music and art studios as well as night spots.
