The South Philly Neighborhood page is up and running.  You’ll find tons of property info and fun links like the one to the South Philly String Band. (Be sure to turn up your volume before following the link)

Real Estate Statistics for the page are divided up by the 4 zip codes that combine to make up what most people consider to be South Philadelphia.  But did you know that in addition to 19145, 19146, 19147, 19148, there’s also the 19112 Zip Code. 

Not sure much residential real estate sells down there, which is probably why it’s such a surprise to this bloggin Realtor.  Guessing it’s probably mostly industrial stuff?  The closest we Space Agents have probably ever come to the 19112 is grabbing our cars out of impound at the Wecaccoecacoecoe Street PPA lot down that way.  (Philadelphia Real Estate Agents get a lot of parking tickets)
